Jonathan Johns is the licensed plumber behind every job, and he's been serving the Concord area as a licensed plumber sinced 2022. With NC State License #L.35944 and NC Well Seal Certification, he brings professional expertise and a commitment to doing things right—following code, protecting your home, and delivering workmanship that lasts. Sierra manages the business side, ensuring every customer gets the communication, care, and follow-through they deserve.

My original plan was to become a firefighter, but building a stable future for my family guided me toward a different path. When my wife shared her dream of being a stay-at-home mom, I knew I needed a career that would support that vision. Plumbing provided not only that opportunity but also a profession I’ve grown to truly love.

Our company name, MACAW Plumbing & Tankless, is especially meaningful—it comes from the initials of our children: Milliana, Alonna, Cynthia, Ashton, and Weston. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and that same care and commitment is what we bring to every customer we serve.
